Progress, progress and some more progress

So hello again every1. Sorry for not posting anything yesterday. i was to tired to do it. Besides i had a guild raid.

So, todays topic is Progress. Why its important and why you need it as a guild to grow.
Progress... Its a big topic and its alot that needs to be covered. I´ll bring up most of it in this blog. And there mig even be a part 2 to cover the rest.
Ok so lets get started shall we?

Why is progress so important? many players ask the selfs this alot when they are in a guild. Why not just go in, have a good time, and come out with some epics?`who doesnt want this?

Ofc ppl want to have fun in raids, atleast you should want to have fun in raids. If not you need to rethink why you play video games. But you also need progress. Since being stuck on one boss for weeks at a time isnt fun at all. And when peoples are looking for guilds they allways look for progress. Trade chat spams saying

" is recruiting. we are currently raiding ulduar 10! we arent a progress guild we play for fun only!"

No one wants to join a guild saying that. and why? becuase they dont want to raid ulduar. Almost everyone wants to kill "the one and only Lich king". And they want EPIC´S.

And to achiv this. you need to progress both in 10 man and 25 man so u get the gear needed. And you need a serious level when you play a boss you have never done before.

Do you remember Saurfang before the plagueworks got out? How some of the guild just keept whiping on him, and some still do. I mean who wants to join a 25 man raiding guild who hasnt killed saurfang yet? Even though they might have a tight guild with a fun guild chat and alot of fun when they raid.
Atleast i vouldnt like to join a guild like this. since i dont want a guild who an only take down 3 bosses in icc 25 and probably about 4-6 in icc 10.

It dont got enough progress! so to round this part of. I want to say this.
If you want to grow as a guild you need progress. Even if you hate it you need it to get new members. And even keep ur current members.
Though remember! PROGRESS ISNT EVERYTHING, BUT IT PLAYS A BIG PART!
